I always kind of imaginged an egg shell, but it never made any sense - and still doesn't.
No Andy, it doesn't seem to make any sense, but it came from Dad so that's the beauty of it.

I always thought of it as an egg shell too.
Okay, YOU are from an egg shell but then that makes you a chick, I've had experience with chicks and they ARE cute but they are also very noisy and stinky. I would rather be a pearl, in fact I AM a pearl, a rare and precious pink pearl...yep, that's me.
And now I am a mother of pearls, though some of them do seem very much like chicks.
Maybe it's just because they are still sand and they are irritating me and I still need to polish them into smooth pearls.
